Kurama is not quite what we would call a catguy, he is infact more of a foxguy. Seen in the series "Yu Yu Hakusho", Kurama is the reborn spirit of a fox thief in the body of a young handsome red haired boy called Shuichi Minamino. Previously ruthless and cold hearted, Kurama learned to love humans through the love that her new human mother provided him with.

Kurama in boy form is between 15 and 17 years old (during the course of the anime/manga story) but in his old silver haired (and eared) self, he is over 1000 years old ! He is a very powerful fighter when in this form, able to channel and control plants and his own body into weapons, yet he is not a berserker like fighter, he is a strategist and wins more often then not using brain over brawn.

Kurama lives a double life, a kind and smiling young child and a ruthless and dangerous fighter if pushed to it. He is one of the series most dangerous characters, and defnitely one of the coolest too
