Felicia the catwoman is a kind and loving cat human, but wherever she went, people were afraid of her. Felicia wrote in her diary once: "I realized I was a monster when I was six. Nobody would come near me or be my friend 'cause they were scared of me. 'What did I do to deserve this?' I'd often ask myself. I'd sit in front of the TV and watch musical stars all day long 'cause I had nothing to do. Until, one day, I realized... 'This is it!' How people would love me if I were up on that brilliant stage! I'm a pretty good dancer, too. I won't let anyone stop me!"

Felicia made her debut in the Capcom game, Darkstalkers. She was a powerful fighter using unique attacks such as the "Please help me" (she summons a set of other similar catwomen to scratch the opponent up a bit). When Felicia won, she became a famous Dancer and actress, this was her lifelong goal

Felicia has been depicted in many games (all three Darkstalker games, in Puzzle Fighter ][ Turbo, Pocket Fighter and Marvel Vs Capcom 2), stories and the Darkstalkers anime. Her origins are somwhat fuzzy, but it is believed that she grew up in an orphanage for "special" children run by kind nuns. She's been portrayed as a nun herself on occasion and she loves children dearly, wishing to take care of her own orphanage one day.

She is thought to be in love with another Darkstalker (Jon Talbain the werewolf, how cute ) and their stories intertwine in the Darkstalkers movie (Jon saves her twice from the Huitzils) hinting that he cares for her well- being. Although Jon does not wish to get messed up in human affairs, Felicia manages to convince him to open up his heart to them. From then on, she is often seen to hang out with him.

Do note that Felicia by default has blue hair, however some cosplayers like to vary her hair color to their own style.
