well, to all the ladies who hate men and want them to go extinct, i've got good news: we slowly are...
scientists have discovered that with each new generation of men, the y chromosome used to make a fetus male is getting smaller and smaller. while it will take a while for it to fully disappear, men are going to become exceedingly more rare until they eventually die out a few thousand years from now.
so all those man haters out there can just pass along the hate for a few thousand years, and bam, their wish will be granted _________________

Scientifically, one could simply splice together two ovum and reproduce a female embryo (since all we'll have is X chromosomes).
However, if over the course of evolution, men became rare and eventually disappeared, women would become capable of asexual reproduction. Much like frogs. _________________

Asexual reproductivity would in most cases not work well for humanity. while time and evolution are unpredictable humanity needs a genetic verity or the results end up much like inbreeding. I do believe frogs are not Asexual but given when there is too many of one sex in there environment they change gender to balance things out. This would be hard for humanity to do as well given how diffirent a males reproductive system is to a female humans.
If technology couldn't keep us going at that point then it's just about time to say "Hell we had a good run for a while." _________________

Or, maybe we should start terraforming another planet and colonize it. _________________ [Rent this space] |
